This was the first time I designed a show of this scale and the first time I designed an operetta. I started the process in September 2024 and it took a lot of months to create the end product. I think this show helped me be more flexible and still stick with my design intent. I am very proud of myself for being able to fulfill my design while trying to stay with the constraints of the High Point Rep Plot since we didn't have a lot of time to strike and I wanted to make the load-out as manageable as possible for the electricians! This show brought a lot of learning opportunities and I am very proud of what my team and I came up with.
